At AriZona Beverages, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order; however, due to the perishable nature of our beverages, we cannot accept returns on food or drink items once they have shipped. If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

    If you encounter an issue, email our support team with your order number and clear photos of the damaged goods or shipping errors.

    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for non-perishable hardware or a credit for beverage issues.

    Processing and Refund

    Once your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, or a replacement shipment will be dispatched at no additional cost.
